Is advance booking required, or can I rent a bike on-site?
Bikes can be rented both with advance booking and on-site, subject to availability. During the summer season, we recommend booking your bike in advance to ensure availability on your preferred date.
Can I rent a bike for multiple days?
Yes. Bikes can be rented for a few hours, a full day, or multiple days at a time. For longer rental periods, feel free to contact us for a personalized offer.
What types of bikes are available?
We offer high-quality FATBIKE e-bikes that are perfect for forest trails, gravel roads, and coastal routes. All our bikes are of the same model and are suitable for most teenagers and adults.
Does the rental price include a helmet and accessories?
Yes. The rental price of all bikes includes a helmet. If desired, a basket can be added to the rear rack. In addition, all bikes are equipped with a phone holder as well as front and rear lights, allowing you to use navigation conveniently and enjoy a safe ride even in low-light conditions.
Can bikes be rented and returned outside the rental locations?
We deliver the bikes and pick them up wherever it’s most convenient for you. This service is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.
Where are the bike pickup and return locations in Hiiumaa?
Our rental locations are situated in some of Hiiumaa’s most popular areas, making bike pickup and return as convenient as possible.
You can pick up your bike at:
- Heltermaa Port
- Kassari Holiday Centre
- Kärdla Town Square
- Kalana Harbour
If you wish, you can return your bike to a different rental location from where you picked it up. This gives you the flexibility to plan your route freely and finish your ride wherever it suits you best.

If you experience a technical issue during your ride, please contact us immediately. We’ll find a quick solution and, if necessary, replace the bike or provide assistance on-site.

How far can I ride on a single battery charge?
The riding range depends on the terrain, weather conditions, riding style, and the level of pedal assist used. Under normal conditions, the battery typically provides a range of approximately 70–120 km on a single charge.
This gives you plenty of freedom for both shorter trips and full-day adventures exploring Hiiumaa.
